OPPORTUNITIES

EU PROJECTS

The EU has over 500 ongoing projects in the Eastern Neighbourhood, working both at national level (bilateral projects) and across several countries (regional projects). These projects are implemented by a wide range of partners, including civil society, international organisations and financial institutions, private companies, local authorities, and other development partners. The website gives you a comprehensive real time overview of all the projects active in the Eastern Partner countries of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine, as well as completed projects.

YOUNG EUROPEAN AMBASSADORS

#strongertogether

The Young European Ambassadors (YEAs) initiative is a non-political, voluntary, vibrant communication network connecting and building bridges of friendship among young people from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine and the EU Member States and the United Kingdom. The aim of the network is to raise awareness about the EU’s cooperation with its Eastern partner countries, showcase the tangible results of this cooperation, contribute to policy dialogue on various topics, help increase civic activism and work together for a better future.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
