Disclaimer

This website run by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood (EU NEIGHBOURS east) aims to enhance public access to information available on the cooperation between the European Union and  the Eastern partner countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.

Our goal is to keep this information timely and accurate gathering content mostly from open sources, through official distribution channels and by monitoring project updates. The information about the ongoing and completed EU-funded projects is displayed directly from the EUDIGITOOL database where the entries are managed by the project implementers themselves. If errors are brought to our attention, we will try to correct them. However, EU NEIGHBOURS east accepts no responsibility or liability with regard to the information available on this site.

The information is of general nature only and is not intended to address the specific circumstances of any particular individual or entity. The information is not necessarily comprehensive or complete and is sometimes linked to external sites over which the EU NEIGHBOURS east has no control and for which the team assumes no responsibility and no liability for the professional or legal advice given on those sites. If you need specific advice, you should always consult a suitably qualified professional.

Please note that it cannot be guaranteed that a document available online on this site exactly reproduces an officially adopted text. Only the Official Journal of the European Union (the printed edition or, since 1 July 2013, the electronic edition on the EUR-Lex website) is authentic and produces legal effects.

It is our goal to minimise disruption caused by technical errors. However some data or information on our site may have been created or structured in files or formats that are not error-free, and we cannot guarantee that our service will not be interrupted or otherwise affected by such problems. The EU NEIGHBOURS east accepts no liability with regard to such problems incurred as a result of using this site or any linked external sites.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
