Ukraine: online training on managing panic attacks and increased anxiety in Ivano-Frankivsk


On 16 June, the RazOM Centre for Psychology and Development in Ukraine will hold an online training session entitled ‘Practical techniques for managing panic attacks and increased anxiety’ for guests and residents of Ivano-Frankivsk. 

Participants will learn about the origins of panic attacks and anxiety and how to develop self-help and self-management techniques for stressful states, and master popular breathing techniques and basic exercises for managing difficult states.

The duration of the training is 1.5 hours.

Participation in the event is free of charge. Registration is compulsory. 

This initiative is supported by the European Union through its Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility.
