Summer school in Krakow: Open call for Ukrainian female artists and cultural professionals


The ‘Ukrainian Woman’ project invites female artists and cultural professionals from Ukraine and across Europe to apply for the first Summer Schools 2026 in Krakow.

The School will take place from 18 to 22 June 2026, at the Galicia Jewish Museum.

Twenty participants will join workshops, lectures, collaborative sessions, cultural visits, and networking activities with artists and cultural professionals from different European countries.

The Summer Schools programme combines artistic practice and research, international cultural cooperation, project development, branding and promotion, collaborative creation and exchange.

The working languages will be English and Ukrainian.

Participation is free of charge. The organiser will cover accommodation costs and reimbursement of travel (up to €150).

The programme is open to Ukrainian female artists and cultural professionals participating in the Ukrainian Woman Project and registered on the Cultural Communication Platform.

The deadline for applications is 29 May. To apply, please fill the online form here.

The Ukrainian Woman project is funded by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) and supports international cooperation, artistic development, and new cultural partnerships for Ukrainian women artists.
