European Solidarity Corps: project in Romania supporting young Ukrainian refugees looking for volunteers

‘Pathways to Belonging’, a project, led by ‘Fundația Națională pentru Tineret’ (FNT), Romania, invites young people aged 18-30 to join its activities supporting young Ukrainian refugees.

The activities are planned from 1 August 2026 to 28 September 2026, in Ploiești.

Rooted in the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) priorities, the initiative enhances social inclusion, cultural exchange, and economic empowerment while strengthening community resilience and youth-led civic action. The project directly responds to the urgent needs of young refugees, addressing language barriers, social isolation, and skill development gaps.

The call is open for youth from Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. Applicants should be curious and creative, have basic Canva or design skills, love writing or storytelling, know a bit about websites or digital tools and enjoy researching and exploring new ideas.

The organisers cover accommodation, daily food allowance of €5, and pocket money of €4 per day.

The deadline for applications is 25 July.
