European Solidarity Corps: long-term volunteering at day care centre for adults with heavy physical disabilities in France

The Maison d’Accueil Spécialisée Marc Toussaint, a lodging and day care centre for adults with heavy physical disabilities, is looking for volunteers, including from Ukraine. The centre is located in the suburbs of Reims, in Cormontreuil (45 min from Paris by train). 

From 2 February 2026 to 31 January 2027, the volunteer is expected to take part in leisure activities (animations) such as manual workshops, wellbeing activities, outings, board games, adapted sport activities, cooking workshops, make-up activities, etc.

He/she might work with another European volunteer, French volunteers and two activity leaders. 

Having a basic knowledge of the French language is necessary; the volunteer should demonstrate the willingness to learn French during the voluntary stay.

The volunteers will get their own flat and can eat in the restaurant of the organisation (lunch and dinner during the week) or cook directly in the flat. They will receive money for the weekend. The volunteer will also receive pocket money and local transport support.

There is no specific deadline for this call.
