European Solidarity Corps: Azerbaijanis and Ukrainians can apply to volunteer at a school in Germany

The Sinnberg Grundschule, a public elementary school in Bad Kissingen, Germany, invites volunteers, including from Azerbaijan and Ukraine, to join their school activities from 7 January to 1 August, 2025.

The volunteer will organise and run activities and workshops that will help the school’s pupils develop their personalities. These could be classes in music, sports, reading, English, theatre, cycling, nature and communication.

The volunteer will get his or her own room in a flat with another ESC volunteer in Bad Kissingen. The volunteer will receive monthly pocket money (7€ per day), food allowance and a ticket for regional trains across Germany.

He/she will also be part of the international group of volunteers in Lower Franconia and will be able to participate in anti-discrimination workshops.

The volunteer should be interested in working with children and youth in a creative way. Knowledge of the German language will be an advantage.

The deadline for applications is 17 November.
