EU-funded grants for CSOs to monitor reconstruction and restoration in Ukraine


The Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (Ukraine), with the financial support of the European Union, has announced the fifth round of the grant programme ‘Monitoring of Reconstruction’.

Under this call, civil society organisations established at least three months ago, and operating in the regions – Kyiv Oblast (Bucha, Irpin, Gostomel, Borodyan, Makariv and Velykodymyr), Chernihiv, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Kharkiv – can receive grants of up to UAH 350,000  to monitor the reconstruction and restoration on the ground.

The social infrastructure to be monitored includes educational, healthcare and cultural institutions, residential buildings, and administrative buildings which are being rebuilt or restored after partial damage or complete destruction since 24 February 2022.

The deadline for applications is 31 January.
