CENN and EU4Youth in Georgia: media tour to Gori

CENN, a non-governmental organisation working on fostering sustainable development throughout the South Caucasus, has announced a competition for journalists to participate in a media tour.

The competition is organised within the framework of the EU-supported project ‘EU4Youth: Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development (SEED) for Green Growth’. The project empowers disadvantaged youth in Georgia and Armenia to successfully transition from education to work by developing their Social Entrepreneurship and Green Innovation skills.

During the tour, participants will meet the winners and funded social and green entrepreneurs of the Caucasus Social Innovation Grant Competition and visit the Gori Innovation Knowledge Hub.

Based on the site visits during the tour, participants should create a journalistic piece in the form of an article, photo story, blog or vlog and publish it on one of their media platforms. The winning journalists will receive a voucher for 600, 400 and 200 GEL as a prize.

Interested journalists should fill out the registration application by April 10 at the following link: https://forms.gle/H2MDHeuQ5ye2qYwA6.
