Successful examples of civil society involvement in the implementation of resolution 1325 on women, peace and security

This report examines the role of civil society organisations in advancing the Women, Peace and Security Agenda in Moldova and internationally. It presents examples of effective partnerships between governments, NGOs, and international actors in the development and monitoring of national action plans. The analysis highlights how civil society contributes to increased participation of women in peacebuilding, conflict prevention, and decision-making processes. It concludes that strong collaboration enhances transparency, accountability, and the effectiveness of public policies, supporting more inclusive and resilient security systems.
