Edvard Grigoryan

Edvard is a student at the Faculty of International Relations of Yerevan State University and is currently the Vice President of Erasmus Student Network (ESN) Yerevan. He did his own Erasmus mobility at Masaryk University (Masarykova Univerzita) in the Czech Republic. Edvard is trying to combine the potential of creative and educated youth, by surrounding himself with positive and productive people to overcome all obstacles standing in the way of his nation’s prosperity.

Ani Ghulinyan

Ani is in her final year at Yerevan State University, studying Political Sciences, currently working on her thesis. She studied journalism as her other specialisation and is now working as a freelance documentalist and journalist for Armenian and regional media outlets. She also excels at investigative journalism, videography, and filmmaking, and hopes to further develop these skills within the YEA initiative.

Shoghik Ghazaryan

Shoghik is studying Biology at Yerevan State University and has also participated in an Erasmus+ academic exchange programme as part of her course, which was the experience of a lifetime, both personally and professionally. She is currently working at the Institute of Molecular Biology. Besides science, she is also interested in youth work, psychology, and music.

Lucy Gharibian

Lucy is a secondary school student and a member of the Public Council on the Rights of Children and Youth adjunct to the Human Rights Defender of Armenia. She is an active volunteer and an active citizen, interested in a variety of topics but is particularly passionate about psychology and music. In the future, she aspires to be a psychologist.

Lina Galstyan

Lina Galstyan is a secondary school student and an active volunteer in her town. She is a hard-working and determined person, participating in different local and regional organisations, trying to help her community and make it a better place to live. She is actively taking part in many volunteering programmes, such as the European Youth Parliament (EYP) and EducationUSA, among many others. She is excited to be a part of this new programme – the YEA initiative – and hopes it will give her new opportunities to develop her skills and talents.

Gayane Davtyan

Gayane is studying Sociology at Yerevan State University, specializing in both qualitative and quantitative research. She is an active individual, a feminist, and a poet, who inspires by volunteering in international and national non-governmental organisations (NGOs). She is looking forward to what the YEA initiative will bring and the new opportunities and challenges it will offer.

Manush Charchyan

Manush graduated from Yerevan State College of Humanities as an English-German translator and is going to continue her education in the US. She has been an active volunteer for almost 5 years and has participated in several local and international programmes. She is a Development Intern at UNESCO, as well as a Secretariat Member at the Federation of Youth Clubs of Armenia. Manush loves her homeland and is ready to invest all she can in its development.

Ruzanna Barseghyan

Ruzanna is an artist, who greatly admires nature and loves to revive its beauty in her work. She is a secondary school student in Armenia and a keen Math enthusiast. Three words that can describe her are curious, determined, and open-minded. She appreciates every moment of her life and aspires to live it to the fullest. She is looking forward to this new adventure in her life that comes with being a part of the YEA initiative.

Valeria Barseghyan

Valeria studies at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia. She is interested in marketing and photography, and in her spare time, she likes to read books, watch movies, and play sports. She also enjoys volunteering and does so in various organisations. She has also created a youth group in her community, and together they implement several projects to improve community life.

Nvard Baghdasaryan

Nvard is a very considerate, understanding and kind individual. She is sincere, intelligent, well-read, hardworking, and always punctual. She has very strong leadership skills and a capacity to unite people and help them work together towards a common goal. She is looking forward to developing her leadership skills with the YEA initiative, and the new opportunities it will bring.

Varduhi Ayvazyan

Varduhi is a young professional, business development specialist and consultant. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor degree in Economics. Identifying opportunities and developing new ideas and approaches, working on new projects by maximizing efficiency and bringing tangible results, overcoming professional challenges, and powering ongoing growth are what motivate Varduhi’s professional drive. As a young enthusiast, she strives to have valuable input in solving current challenges, developing her country, and building a better future.

Mihran Aslanyan

Mihran is a programming student, interested in cybersecurity, geography, and psychology. He’s an active citizen and volunteers at many local organisations. Lusine Abrahamyan

Lusine is a secondary school student and is one of the members of the “Uniting Bridge” social non-governmental organization (NGO). She is also an active member of EuroClub Oshakan. She enjoys leading an active lifestyle and making new acquaintances. She likes travel, psychology, winemaking and participating in various events and information programmes.

Sanjivani Mauleon

  • Current residence: Pamplona, Spain
Sanjivani is currently studying Spanish Law and International Relations at the Universidad de Navarra (University of Navarra). She has always been amazed by Europe and the EU, and became involved as soon as she could. Sanjivani was initially part of the youth Parliament of Navarra, and later the European Youth Parliament. However, she wanted to take it to the next level, and therefore applied this year to become a Young European Ambassador.

Pablo Lorenzo Esteve

Pablo is studying Political Science and Geography as a Joint Honours Degree at The University of Galway, Ireland. Born and raised in the Canary Islands, he was educated in an international school, where he also learned English and French. During his time there, he was an active member of the Learn to Lead Team and developed an interest in Geopolitics and International Relations. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
