Michael is studying Journalism and Fine Arts at Moldova State University. He got actively involved in multiple volunteering projects: The Youth parliament in Moldova, Positive citizen leadership for sustainability (UPG), and Debate World for Youth’s Community change, supported by the US Embassy. As a representative of the Ukrainian minority and Russian speakers, Michael is interested in creating an interactional, co-op, respectful environment between various groups in the Republic of Moldova.

Vladislav is a Law School student in Chisinau, he is passionate about volunteering and finds himself working in the field of international relations in the future. In 2022, he became vice president for Academic Development of the European Law Students’ Association “ELSA” and a member of The Bringing Europeans Together Association “BETA” board, he is passionate about public debates and believes in a European future for his country.

Participating in European School Summercamp in Georgia, Vlada discovered the importance of collaboration between EaP and the European Union, thus wanting to help to promote European Values in Moldova. Vlada is a senior high-school student, interested in the IT domain, being part of two IT organizations in Moldova, she wants to pursue a career in IT.She is always open to discovering new opportunities in order to discover her true self.

Vinițchi Vlad is an ambitious, focused and committed law student at Moldova State University(USM), with a special interest in International, Civil and Criminal Law. He participated in the Youth Parliament programme in Moldova and is currently participating in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot 30th Edition. Vlad is always on the look for opportunities, projects and competitions where he gets the chance to acquire more knowledge, yet besides personal development, he is looking forward to promoting human rights and liberties and EU values among the youth of Moldova.

Vitalina is a 12th-grade student at ‘Aristotel’ Lyceum in Moldova. She is fascinated by history, politics, literature, and international affairs. She truly believes in the impact of European values, such as gender equality, democracy, and diversity. Vitalina believes the involvement of young people in volunteering, debates, and activism is crucial to their own development and therefore, the development of the world.

Viorica Bahov is a 12th-grade high school student and a young professional in the educational content domain. She has been doing volunteering since 2017 and has been a member of many organizations, including Interact Club Chisinau, part of the International Interact family. Viorica is an active member of her local community, always seeking ways to improve it. She hopes to make the world a better place through her implication and dedication.

Victor is a senior at “Virgil Madgearu” Economic High School in Bucharest. He is outgoing, persuasive, hardworking and ready to take risks. Throughout his high school years, he participated in a substantial number of Erasmus+ projects which only deepened his interest in the EU and contributed to his affinity for sharing such opportunities with his peers. He was a vice-president of the Bucharest Students Council where he advocated for the rights of over 300,000 high school students and strived towards creating a more friendly and comfortable environment for other Moldovan students from Bucharest. Currently an Erasmus exchange student in Austria in the third year of studying Finance and Banking, Valeria has always had a huge interest in international relations, cultural differences and society. She finds the European values fundamental for a bright society and wants to promote them and develop new valuable knowledge as a YEA from Moldova.

He graduated from the Center of Excellence in Economics and Finance in 2021, majoring in “Business Planning and Administration”. Valentin also has over 2 years of experience in volunteering and involvement in civil society organizations from Moldova, holding the role of Project Manager & Coordinator for the youth projects: “GAP | Gathering Any Possibilities” and “START Stăuceni” (part of the EU4YOUTH Alumni Network international initiative).

Sofia is a high school student in Chișinău, Moldova. She is passionate about history and protecting human rights. Sofia is currently volunteering at the Municipal Youth Center and also participated in the MDMUN 22. Her main purpose is to inform the youth in her community about the concepts and values on which the EU stands. Tolerance, acceptance and equality-these 3 main goals that guide her future.

Laura Rotaru is a Young European Ambassador from The Republic of Moldova. One of her biggest passions is helping others and speaking out for those who can’t, from a young age she understood that her calling is to be the voice that makes a difference, in a crowded cruel room. Laura has shown her dedication and aspiration to be an activist, a role model and a voice, through projects like Politics4youth, in which students from all around the country received an education in the political domain and teach them about the power they hold as citizens.

Sanda is a determined, hardworking and ambitious person who never gives up in the face of difficulties. She is really into biology, nutrition and fitness. Since Alexandra was a little girl her dream has been to become a doctor or to work in the healthcare area. She was involved in volunteer activities for 2 years and is always willing to get involved in new initiatives that contribute to the development of our society.

Oana is both a high school student and an involved citizen. She advocates for gender equality and fights for intersectional feminism. Oana is also very passionate about journalism and works in the field as a radio host. She believes that it is extremely important to spread awareness of prevailing problems, such as violence, injustices, climate change etc. in order to better the society we live in.
