Arpine is dedicated to her country and ways to help her country progress. Born in Los Angeles, her goal was set on moving to the homeland, Armenia, and helping implement as much democracy as possible. Seeing her country in need of great change and coming from a progressive country herself, she thought she’d be a great asset to the YEAs team! She now lives in Dilijan and works with non-profit organizations in order to help develop the communities of the Tavush region.

Tatevik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Communication and International Service. Currently, she is enrolled in a Master’s degree in Service. During her studies, she developed an interest in the environment, ecology, and business, where her Erasmus+ experience at Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences in Latvia played a key role. Tatevik is an active member of her community and has a huge volunteering experience. In her free time, she likes to explore the countryside.

Syuzanna Khachatryan holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Yerevan State University in the field of cross-cultural communication. She is a member of Student Home and an active citizen. She has a team in her hometown Dilijan, does a lot of volunteer work and organises meetings on different topics. Her main goal is to have equal development regions. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and exploring Armenia.

Sona Hovsepyan

Sona holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Audit. She is a board member of Yeghvard Youth Ecological NGO and is responsible for Communication and PR. She is also a vice president of ACEYD NGO. She conducted several youth projects in Yeghvard city. Sona is an experienced youth trainer at the Local School of Democracy.

Sofi Abrahamyan

Sofi is a third-year student majoring in Translation Studies. She works at Wikimedia Armenia NGO coordinating the Wikiclub in her community and teaches other youngsters Wikipedia tools and editing skills. Being a huge fan of Erasmus+ projects, she thinks that her experience during those projects has contributed significantly to her better understanding of EU values.

Sargis is a student of Yerevan high school number 83, semi-finalist of the FLEX program. He is an active and social person who speaks three languages – Armenian, English, and Russian. Sargis has a great volunteering experience that helps him in various areas. This young man believes that life is changeable only due to both new and old generations’ hard work. He always strives to make this world a better place to live and work together.

Samvel Khetchikian

Rima is a young professional and a graduate of the Yerevan State University specialising in International law and currently working at the Administrative Court of Appeals as a Senior specialist. Since 2009, she has been a volunteer in many projects and now she tries to combine her work with volunteering. Nvard Poghosyan

Nvard is currently a sophomore at the accounting faculty of the Armenian State University of Economics. In parallel with her studies, she leads an active social and volunteer life. Nvard is the lead of the Aragatsotn regional council of the Local School of Democracy. She is a member of the NDI debate club and the Uniting Bridge NGO. She implements small projects aimed at community development and democratization.
