Volha Mikhalap is a motion and graphic designer and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the European Humanities University (Lithuania). In 2019, after winning a competition from the European Parliament and participating in the European Youth Week in Brussels, she joined the Young European Ambassadors initiative. In 2019 she received a DAAD scholarship to study German language and culture in Germany. Since 2020, she is a Konrad Adenauer Foundation Fellow.

Viktoryia finished an Integrated Master’s program of International Law and European Union Law at the European Humanities University in 2021. She twice participated in the Erasmus+ study exchange – in 2017 at the University of Cyprus and in 2019-2020 at Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique. Viktoryia did her internship as part of the Erasmus+ Traineeship Program in Barcelona, Spain in 2019 and had an online internship as part of the ELSA STEP in 2020. Veranika Shykhutsina

Veranika holds a BA and an MA in World Economy from the Belarusian State University. During her undergraduate studies, Veranika spent one year studying business management at Hochshule Mitweida in the framework of the Erasmus+ programme. She was a member of the KAS-Martens Centre Discussion Club and a DAAD University Summer Course scholar. In 2017-2021 Veranika worked as a programme assistant and later as an administrative coordinator at the Minsk Dialogue Council on International Relations, a geopolitically unbiased platform for research and discussion on international affairs and security in Eastern Europe. Alena Dudkova

Alena is a young professional and a graduate of the Belorussian State University, specialised in World Economics and currently working as an analyst. She examined deeply the EU, its institutions and their important functions thanks to her successful accomplishment of the course “Educate yourself on Europe” in 2018. Alena tries to dedicate her free time to volunteering. She spent almost 2 years within AIESEC organization as a manager in the department of outgoing exchanges. Alena is proud to be a Young European Ambassador, and she wants to share European values in her country, to solve the current challenges and to find like-minded young people.

Tatsiana Ziniakova

Tatsiana Ziniakova earned her LL.M. from Wake Forest University, School of Law as a Fulbright student and LL.B. from Belarusian State University, Faculty of International Relations. Her Master’s thesis addressed the notion of gender-based violence in international human rights law while her Bachelor’s thesis focused on state responsibility for cyber attacks. Currently a human rights defender, she practiced international law and human rights in private, public, and academic spheres both in Belarus and the United States. Tatsiana is a devoted moot court enthusiast, participating, coaching, and judging international competitions.

Pavel Palubinski

Pavel Palubinski received a scholarship to study Intercultural Communication at the State Economic University (Minsk) where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpretation. He also holds a Master’s degree in Philology from the State Linguistic University (Minsk). Since 2017, he has been engaged in teaching, translation and interpretation for the state higher education establishments where he has been carrying out such youth-related projects as knowledge-sharing sessions on the best practices of the European Union which can be implemented in Belarus. Katsiaryna Shafranovich

Katsiaryna graduated from European Humanities University (Vilnius, Lithuania) where she studied International law and European Union law. She loves everything related to the EU and has taken part in dozens of educational activities all over Europe, including her semester abroad with Erasmus+ in Porto, Portugal. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
