Adrien Chanteloup studied Philosophy, Political Science and is currently following a program of Master’s in Rural Development and Natural Resources Management At the Swedish University of Agricultural sciences. He holds a bachelor’s in Philosophy and another one in Political Sciences from the Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University (France) and also made an exchange at the St-Joseph University of Beyrouth (Lebanon) while finishing both bachelors. In 2021, he decided to join the YEAs in order to pursue his commitment to getting more and more involved in different projects to face climate change more efficiently and more collectively.

Ebba Fagerlund

Ebba Fagerlund studied Economics focused on Spain and the EU in high school. She was early an EU Junior Parliament Ambassador and attended debate games. At graduation, she was nominated for an award for representing her school as an excellent student. Her goal is to spread knowledge and interest about the Eastern Partnership focusing on the Nordic Countries. Now she is moving to Valencia to study International Relations at Universidad Europea, the first step to reach her goal to work with security issues within the EU.

David Bauer

David Bauer is a postgraduate student with a background in International Relations, Politics and Area Studies. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Russian and East European Studies at the University of Oxford, where he specialises in post-conflict and post-socialist nation-state building, socioeconomic transition and transitional justice across CEE. David has previously worked in and with the non-governmental sector in the region, focusing on minority and migrant rights.

Originally from Bulgaria, she is currently living and studying in Belgium. With a bachelor in European studies, she has a profound understanding of the EU’s internal dynamics and external policies that help her convey the importance of European values to other young people across the globe. Additionally, she volunteers in youth NGOs that aim to foster youth cooperation by creating a blueprint for youth participation in EU decision-making process. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Belgium and focusing on the EU’s external environmental action.

After having travelled through several countries the interest for international affairs has always been part of Gonçalo’s life and that has led him to choose his area of studies, International Relations of which he is in the second year of his Bachelor degree at the University of Lisbon. He will proceed his studies in Slovenia at the University of Ljubljana through the Erasmus+ programme. His interests are history, conflict management, international security, and political theory. He has been volunteering since a young age and plans to continue doing it on an international level.

Leïla Benabdallah

Leïla Benabdallah studied International management of SMEs, marketing and social development. Robin Kumar is an Italian national of Indian origins. He is a former student in Criminology and Sociology and he has obtained his degree from St Mary’s University Twickenham London. Currently, he is an MLitt candidate in International Security Studies at St Andrews University in Scotland. Robin was appointed Young European ambassador for Italy and the United Kingdom in the summer of 2020. He has been working in collaboration with other young leaders from all around Europe. Carolina de Albuquerque holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations and a Master’s degree in European and International Studies. Sebastian Baciu was born and raised in Romania and is currently studying International Relations in the UK. He has also studied as an Erasmus exchange student at Sciences Po Paris, where he developed a deep interest in environmental issues. Iris van Loon

Iris van Loon studied European Studies and International Relations with a specific focus on Eastern Europe and the EU enlargement. She holds a bachelor and master degrees from the University of Amsterdam and a postgraduate degree from the College of Europe in Warsaw. During her studies she conducted several internships at two think tanks, cultural institutions, and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Lucía Alejandra Dilloo

Born in Buenos Aires to a working-class family, Lucía quickly grew fascinated by the diversity of Eastern Europe by backpacking through the Balkans, the Caucasus and Central Asia during her undergraduate years at the University of Vienna.
