Maksym is pursuing advanced studies in Political Science and International Law, with a strong academic and professional focus on diplomacy, governance, and security. As an expert in political communications and strategic planning, he collaborates with members of the Ukrainian Parliament, local councils, and political parties. His key areas of interest include Euro-Atlantic integration, national resilience, and diplomacy. Maksym is the co-founder of a charitable foundation supporting internally displaced persons and security, as well as the founder of a civic education non-governmental organisation (NGO) that promotes democratic participation and informed citizenship.
