Applications are now open for the 10th edition of the ‘Tailored onsite knowledge and analytical skills programme on European Integration’, implemented as part the EU-funded ‘Natolin4Capacity Building Phase II – strengthening Ukrainian public administration for EU Integration’ project.
The 10th edition will take place from 14 September to 23 October 2026 at the College of Europe in Natolin in Warsaw, Poland, and will focus on the Cluster 1 – ‘Fundamentals of the EU accession negotiation process’.
The six-week programme equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to support the implementation of the National Programme for the Adoption of the EU Acquis (NPAA) and to contribute effectively to Ukraine’s EU accession process.
At the end of the programme, each participant will prepare an analytical paper focused on the implementation of the EU acquis in an area relevant to their work in Ukraine.
To be eligible to apply, applicants should be employees of central public administration bodies, be actively engaged in the European integration process, and have an English proficiency level of B2.
The deadline for applications is 1 July.
Natolin4Capacity Building Phase II is funded by the European Union and jointly implemented by the College of Europe in Natolin and the High School of Public Governance, in cooperation with the Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, with the support of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine.
