Aytaj is an emerging young leader in International Relations at ELTE University in Budapest, specialising in European integration, youth diplomacy, and intercultural cooperation. She is actively engaged with SOYA – Square of Youth Association, contributing to youth-focused initiatives that foster civic participation, social cohesion, and critical public dialogue. As the co-founder of a university-based charity club, she has demonstrated strong leadership capacity, designing and coordinating social-impact projects that support vulnerable communities and mobilise youth around meaningful civic action. Her experience also includes student representation, involvement in the university admissions process, and participation in mentoring programmes — reinforcing her commitment to empowering young people within institutional structures. As a Young European Ambassador, she aims to strengthen dialogue between diverse communities, champion European values, and drive innovative, forward-looking approaches to youth engagement across the EU and its neighbourhood.
