Through the EU’s labyrinths: training for Ukrainian civil society organisations

An EU-funded rule of law project aiming to support the Ukrainian Government in the run-up to its accession to the EU invites Ukrainian civil society organisations to take part in a training, ‘Through the EU’s labyrinths: regulation, practice and CSO participation’.

The training, organised by the ‘Strengthening Ukraine’s EU Alignment in the Rule of Law’ project and designed in partnership with ISAR Ednannia, will help Ukrainian CSOs strengthen their understanding of the accession process and build practical knowledge for meaningful engagement.

The training will take place from 6 to 8 July, online (via Zoom).

Participants will learn how EU institutions work and how decisions are made, explore enlargement, accession processes, clusters and chapters in practice. They will also discuss where and how civil society can engage in Ukraine’s EU path and test ideas through practical exercises, including EU myths vs facts and real-life scenarios.

The successful participants will receive a certificate of participation.

To apply, please register via this link by 29 June.
