EU4Culture II: open call for for establishment of Living Labs in Moldova


The Goethe-Institut, within the EU-funded EU4Culture II programme, invites cultural and creative organisations from the Republic of Moldova to take part in an open call for proposals for the establishment of creative platforms – Living Labs.

Selected applicants will receive support of up to €9,500 to establish Living Labs in Cahul and Ungheni regions and to co-create local creative ecosystem development roadmaps. The focus is on performing arts, visual arts, applied arts (crafts), design, digital and new media.

Upon successful completion of Stage I, grantees will be invited to take part in the Stage II call, with funding of up to €60,000, to implement, evaluate and refine the roadmap solutions.

The deadline for applications is 20 July 2026.

EU4Culture II – Sustainable Creative Ecosystems is a €10 million regional programme, fully funded by the European Union and implemented by the Goethe-Institut.
