YEAs in Azerbaijan: Conference on the Future of the Eastern Partnership


On March 14, the European Union Delegation to Azerbaijan organised the “Eastern Partnership Conference” in the framework of the “FantazEU” Cultural Heritage Festival in Baku. The main purpose of the event was to discuss how the future activities of the EaP will change over time, and what is its significance for Azerbaijan. The main purpose of YEAs participation in this event was to participate in productive dialogue on Eastern Partnership, to discuss the future cooperation plans for EU-Azerbaijan. During the event, YEAs had the opportunity to network with ambassadors of EU member states and inform them about the YEAs network and its activities.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
