The Energy Community Secretariat has opened a call for applications for the position of Procurement and Supply Assistant, based in Vienna, Austria.
The assistant will provide procurement, logistical, and administrative support across the full procurement cycle, including tender preparation, contract follow-up, inventory management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Applicants should hold a relevant university degree and have at least two years of professional experience, along with strong attention to detail and excellent command of English. The candidate should hold the citizenship of either EU Member States or of any Contracting Party to the Treaty (Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine).
The position is offered under a three-year contract, renewable subject to conditions, with a tax-exempt salary of €3,279 per month. The expected start date is April 2026, and applications are open until 22 February 2026.
