Ukraine: cash support to help cultural managers, artists and activists cope with stress of war

The ‘Culture Helps Solidarity’ project, co-financed by the EU’s Creative Europe programme, is offering monetary support for cultural managers, artists and activists working with displaced people or veterans.

The successful applicants will receive up to €1,200 to support their mental health. With this help, you will be able to pay for a psychotherapist, take a stress management course, sign up for art therapy, go on a retreat or spend money on something else that will help you to cope with the stress of war.

To ask questions to the programme managers, register for the online information session, which will take place on 9 February, at 15:00 Kyiv time.

The deadline for applications is 23 February.

The organisers will choose around 10 winners. If your application is not selected, you will be able to apply for the second wave of the programme in March.

The ‘Culture Helps Solidarity’ project is co-financed by the EU’s Creative Europe programme and implemented by the European Cultural Foundation (Netherlands), Insha Osvita (Ukraine), zusa (Germany) and the VETERANKA Movement (Ukraine).
