Startup Growth and Ecosystem Development through a full-spectrum pipeline activities in Moldova

The EU-funded programme EU4Innovation East is launching a new call for project proposals to strengthen Moldova’s entrepreneurial ecosystem by supporting a full-spectrum pipeline of startup support activities — from ideation and incubation to acceleration and investment readiness. 

The call encourages collaborative, high-impact initiatives that build an entrepreneurial mindset, technical and business skills, and foster innovation through mentorship, diaspora engagement, and ecosystem events such as hackathons and bootcamps.

The indicative total amount made available under this call for project proposals is €1,000,000. 

Any request for a grant under this call for project proposals must be between €50,000 and €250,000. Applicants must ensure a minimum co-financing contribution of 20% of the total project budget (eligible costs), secured from their own resources or other funding partners.

The deadline for submissions is 20 February 2026.
