The Open Government Partnership (OGP) Transparency Fellowship Programme 2025 invites participants from Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, and Georgia, offering an immersive learning and peer-exchange experience in Lithuania and Latvia from 1-4 July, 2025.
The programme offers a unique opportunity for mid- to senior-level professionals working in government, civil society, or media to expand their networks, knowledge, motivation and advocacy skills to advance their domestic and/or international work on anti-corruption and good governance. In Georgia this call applies to civil society and media representatives only.
The programme includes field visits to government agencies, civil society organisations and media outlets in Vilnius, Lithuania and Riga, Latvia. Upon the completion of the Fellowship, participants will also receive a chance to continue their engagement with OGP and to participate in global events.
The OGP will fully fund seven fellows, covering programme costs, travel, accommodation, and meals.Up to three additional participants may join on a self-funded basis. The cost of the programme (excl. international travel, visa and insurance costs) is €2,250.
The deadline for applications is 18 May.
