Job opportunity at EU Delegation to Ukraine: Budget Officer

The EU Delegation to Ukraine is looking for a budget officer to join the Finance, Contract and Audit Section. The expected start date is August 2026.

The candidate should be a motivated professional with experience in dealing with the assessment of public procurement files, knowledge of internal European Commission (EC) procedures, and understanding of EC accounting applications.

Applicants should have a Master’s degree, minimum five years of relevant experience, excellent English and Ukrainian, and strong IT skills (MS Office).

The base salary will depend on relevant and verified employment experience, typically starting from US$ 3,911.

The deadline for applications is 26 June.
