
The ‘Girls Leadership Academy 6.0’ (Академія лідерства для дівчат 6.0) project is a supportive learning space designed to empower girls aged 14-16 from different regions of Ukraine to develop leadership skills and deepen their understanding of themselves and the world around them.
Through the programme, participants explore the principles of responsible leadership, build practical skills in project and team management, learn the fundamentals of effective public speaking, gain insights into career pathways, and strengthen essential soft skills for their personal and professional growth.
The programme is scheduled from April to September and will consist of online training sessions and events, creative assignments, an initiative ideas competition and other activities. The most engaged participants will be invited to take part in a study visit to Kyiv.
The call is open to teams of two girls aged 14-16 from all regions of Ukraine, active and aspiring to become leaders for themselves and their communities.
The deadline for applications is 1 March. To register, please fill out the application form.
The ‘Girls Leadership Academy’ (Академія лідерства для дівчат) was founded in 2020 as part of the ‘EU4Youth Alumni Network’ programme with the support of the European Union. The project is currently implemented by the NGO ‘Women’s League’ in cooperation with the Heinrich Böll Stiftung, Kyiv-Ukraine Office.
