EU4Culture II: open call for cultural and creative organisations in Moldova

The Goethe-Institut, within the EU-funded EU4Culture II programme, invites Cultural and Creative Organisations from the Republic of Moldova to participate in Stage I of the open call for proposals to develop concrete and testable value propositions.

The call is designed for organisations such as cultural networks, associations, unions, umbrella organisations, creative hubs, clusters, alliances, platforms, advocacy organisations, and other actors that already play, or have the potential to play, a wider intermediary role within cultural and creative ecosystems.

Selected applicants will receive financial support of up to €9,000 to develop structured and testable value propositions responding to concrete needs within cultural and creative ecosystems.

Upon successful completion of Stage I, grantees will be invited to take part in the Stage II call, with funding of up to €60,000, to refine and implement their propositions.

The deadline for applications is 20 July.

An online information session for interested applicants will be held on 6 July 2026 at 16:00 Moldova time. To take part, please register here.

EU4Culture II – Sustainable Creative Ecosystems is a €10 million regional programme, fully funded by the European Union and implemented by the Goethe-Institut.
