The joint EU-UNDP Initiative for Lasting and Inclusive Peace, Phase II (FLIP II), is looking for ideas for context-responsive and impactful confidence-building initiatives that foster inclusive, locally-led peacebuilding within and between conflict-affected communities.
All proposals should demonstrate a clear understanding of the context, apply a do-no-harm approach, and reflect principles of inclusivity, local ownership, and sustainability.
The call is open to a broad range of registered local civil society organisations (CSOs), think tanks, research centres or academic institutions. Women- and youth-led organisations and grassroots and applicants from regions are particularly encouraged to apply. International non-governmental organisations (INGOs) may also apply.
The maximum requested funding per organisation can be no more than US$80,000. Co-financing or in-kind contributions by the applicant are encouraged.
The deadline for applications is 17 February.
