The Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum (EaP CSF) is recruiting a Finance and Procurement Assistant to join their team in Brussels for one year with the possibility of extension.
The position will support the finance team in ensuring EU compliance, monitoring partner costs, reviewing reports, maintaining financial documentation, processing invoices, assisting with audits and donor reporting, and performing other tasks. The position also includes being responsible for the financial management of a large EU-funded project, which includes a Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) component.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field, strong knowledge of EU financial and procurement rules. Excellent command of English is essential, with Russian or Ukrainian a strong asset. Desirable qualifications include familiarity with the EU’s Eastern Partnership region, experience in challenging civil society contexts, and developing project procedures and regulations.

The Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum (EaP CSF) brings together CSOs from the six Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine) and EU-based CSOs active in the EaP region, to make the Eastern Neighbourhood a democratic, prosperous and peaceful region committed to European values and standards.
