The Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine has launched a call for expressions of interest for tenders using a negotiated procedure for EU Cultural Diplomacy in Ukraine.
The contractor will be responsible for delivering services to promote EU values, lifestyle, and cultural heritage across Ukraine. This includes ensuring a strong EU presence at recognised cultural, educational, and public events, including in smaller cities, and expanding outreach to younger audiences, particularly children.
The contractor will support people-to-people and organisation-to-organisation engagement within EU Cultural Diplomacy initiatives, while actively disseminating EU-related information in creative and engaging ways. Activities will also include participation in cultural and sports events to promote both EU values and a healthy lifestyle.
The contractor is expected to use a range of diverse cultural and public diplomacy tools to reach audiences not covered by existing communication activities and projects.
The value of the contract will fall between €100,000 and €300,000.
The deadline for applications is 30 April 2026.
