Call for Tender in Ukraine: Component Leaders for EU4DigitalUA


FIIAPP (International and Ibero-American Foundation for Administration and Public Policies) announces the selection of two local component leaders for the Project “EU4DigitalUA, capacity building, communication and data protection”. Their service are necessary for the development, coordination, and technical implementation of the project actions deemed appropriate for the provision, to the Ukrainian Government authorities, of more and better public electronic services. Under this contract, two Lots are tendered in order to hire two different profiles:

Lot 1- Component Leader: Institutional strengthening and data protection

Lot 2- Component Leader: Communication and public awareness

The provision of the services will be carried out mainly in the project office in Kyiv, as well as in all those places where the management of the EU4DigitalUA project deems it appropriate for the proper functioning of the Project, for a period of approximately three years.

The services are part of the Program EU4DigitalUA implemented by International and Ibero-American Foundation for Administration and Public Policies (FIIAPP) and the e-Government Academy (EGA) under a different contract modality.

Deadline for submitting the proposals is 23 April 2021 23:59 CET Time.
