With the support of the European Union, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has announced a competition for small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing sector — the ‘Innovative Solutions Competition (ICC): Support for small and medium-sized enterprises in Georgia’s manufacturing sector to start, continue or resume exports to EU and European countries’.
The initiative is part of the EU-funded ‘Inclusive Access to Markets’ (IA2M) project.
Up to 15 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will be selected as part of the competition. They will receive 60,000 lari in co-financing. SME contribution should be at least 10% of the total project cost (minimum 6,000 lari).
The call is open to SMEs registered in Georgia (excluding sole traders), established at least one year prior to the start of the competition and operating within Georgia.
The deadline for applications is 19 June 2026, 13:00 (GMT+4). To participate in the call for proposals, interested applicants must register on the UNDP Quantum portal (click here to register) and submit their application in English.
An information webinar on the call for proposals and registration procedures will take place on 28 May 2026 at 12:00 (GMT+4).
