Investigating Workplace Sexual Harassment Cases with a Victim-centered Approach

UN Women developed the manual in cooperation with the Inter-Agency Commission on Gender Equality, Violence against Women and Domestic Violence in Georgia within the framework of the “Good Governance for Gender Equality in Georgia” (GG4GEG) project generously funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway.

This manual provides practical guidance to public servants handling workplace sexual harassment cases. It intends to support public entities in effectively responding to workplace sexual harassment complaints and creating a safe and supportive environment for women and men in the public service.
