Ukraine: EU launches new educational programme to enhance country’s administrative capacity


On 26 January, EU Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement, Olivér Várhelyi and Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine, Olha Stefanishyna launched a new EU-funded educational programme – ‘Natolin4Capacity Building’.

The programme aims to enhance the administrative capacity of the Ukrainian civil service, to facilitate the country’s European integration.

This project will be implemented within the framework of the wider EU project ‘Capacity Building for Integration and Reform’ by the Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine, the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service and the College of Europe (Natolin, Poland).
