As part of its ‘Choose Smart’ campaign, the EU initiative ‘Georgia Goes Green’ has launched a series of workshops in schools.
The ‘Green Beginnings’ interactive workshop, focused on textile circularity, is being held in partnership with the ‘Vintilator’ social enterprise.
The first workshop took place in Gori on 18-19 March, bringing together up to 30 students from five schools.
Through interactive learning sessions, hands-on repair workshops and video tutorials, students explore how to rethink, repair and reuse items.
The workshops will be held across Georgia.
The ‘Georgia Goes Green’ project has also launched a digital challenge, ‘Choose smart’, promoting circular choices in your daily life.
