Erasmus+ Capacity Building project DIGITECH launched in Georgia

The Erasmus+ Capacity Building project DIGITECH has officially been launched in Georgia, the European Union Delegation announced today on Facebook.

The project is implemented with the participation of the Business and Technology University, in partnership with the Hamburg University of Technology (Germany), and the University of Maribor (Slovenia).

“With EU support, students and young professionals in Georgia will gain access to modern, in-demand skills in the digitalisation of technological processes and production, boosting their employability and preparing them for the jobs of tomorrow,” the EU Delegation said in a Facebook post.

Over the next three years, the project will modernise teaching methodologies, strengthen cooperation between academia and industry, establish an innovative Digital Twins laboratory at BTU, and integrate cutting-edge technologies such as Big Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence into academic programmes.
