I work as a Young European Ambassador, and I am a project manager at the NGO ‘Women’s League’. I believe that self-improvement, adaptability and proactivity are essential skills. Life-long learning gives us the strength to be ambitious and competitive. Adaptability allows me to keep going and develop, even in turbulent times. And in terms of proactivity, I believe that being active is not enough! Don’t be afraid to take the first steps and don’t wait for other people to take action: make your own!

As an EU4Youth alumnus, my colleagues and I are implementing the ‘Girls Business Academy 1.0’ project, which is a tool created to help girls between the ages of 17 and 23 from small cities, villages, and towns who have not studied finance, economics, entrepreneurship, and related disciplines within the framework of formal education to develop their financial literacy, learn more about the world of entrepreneurship (in particular social entrepreneurship) and create business models, as well as business plans, for their own enterprises.
