Association4U project supports raising of capacities in the public administration of Ukraine to design and implement key reforms stemming from the Association Agreement & DCFTA concluded between Ukraine and the European Union. The project does so through facilitating approximation of Ukraine’s laws to those of the EU acquis, enhancing coordination of AA implementation and supporting Government’s communication on European integration.

- To effectively raise Ukrainian public authorities' capacities in designing and implementing key reforms stemming from the Association Agreement/DCFTA
- To facilitate the legal approximation processes linked to the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement (AA) implementation.
- To improve efficient communication of government authorities of central and regional levels to ensure support to EUI/AA reforms.

1.1 Government coordination, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation capacities, processes, and tools of the AA/DCFTA implementation are significantly improved, sustainability ensured, and links to the general Government and Parliament planning activities established.
2.1 The overall progress in legal harmonization in the framework of the AA implementation is improved and the speed of the legislative process at all stages is accelerated.
2.2 Implementation of AA reforms is improved through the development of necessary professional skills on the application of EU legal practices and legal language in the public and private sector
3.1 Improved understanding of the nature and content of EU acquis through quality translations
4.1 Successful implementation of the Government Strategy of Communication in the field of European integration;
4.2 Established regional EUI communication network, assuring effective implementation of the aforementioned Strategy by all the stakeholders.
