EU4Youth: fostering potential for greater employability

The Project supports access to employment for marginalised youth in Armenia, Belarus and Georgia through partnerships, skills development and the promotion of entrepreneurship. It enhances labour market access for disadvantaged young people by building cooperation among state and non-state actors and the private sector, as well as by building skills among 12,900 marginalised youth and supporting 180 young people to realise their own business ideas.

The Project aims to contribute to the improvement of educational opportunities and development of youth potential in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals 4 (Quality Education) and 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), specifically SDG target 4.4, to “substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs and entrepreneurship”.
