This project aims to increase the economic competitiveness of Oni Municipality by creating and developing business clusters and making it more visible and attractive for potential investors. The anticipated impact of the project is an improvement in the social and economic conditions in the Oni Municipality expressed in the operation of more competitive MSMEs, as well as increased employment and investments.
The project will focus on three main target groups: local MSMEs; regional and municipal public officials; and the population of Oni Municipality.

The main objectives of the project to be achieved as a result of activities carried out by PMC RC in close partnership with Oni Municipality, are:
1. To create two business clusters in Oni Municipality with at least 15 MSME members in each cluster;
2. To improve capacities of cluster managers and MSME members and implement pilot projects via a sub-grant mechanism; and
3. To improve visibility of Oni Municipality for potential investors.
