Lilit Datoyan

Lilit is currently studying for a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at Yerevan State University. Her interests vary from history and politics to marketing, and in her free time, she studies Korean culture and language. After graduating from school, she carried out her own project on the topic of anti-corruption, and as a young social worker, Lilit also took part in an Erasmus+ training course, which allowed her to study in Bulgaria.

Hranush Karapetyan

Hranush holds a Bachelor in International Relations from Yerevan State University and a Master of Arts in European Studies specialising in Human Rights and Democratisation from Yerevan State University, the Centre for European Studies and Belarus State University. He is actively involved in civic life, has volunteered for years now, and has experience in the implementation of research and fact-finding missions in the field of human rights. Hranush has also participated in various local and international training courses, workshops, summer schools and so on. She is currently working in the Armenian Parliament as a young expert in the framework of IPNA 2021.

Hayk Geghamyan

Hayk is currently studying International Relations at Fudan University, Shanghai, and is a results-oriented and self-driven person, with well-developed critical thinking and analytical skills and the crucial ability to solve complex problems. He has participated in various international conferences and training courses and has been involved in the non-governmental organisation (NGO) sector since 2019. On top of that, he is also an intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

Hakob Astvatsatryan

Hakob is a passionate, motivated, and skilful young man. During his undergraduate studies at the French University in Armenia, he has persevered in the fields of marketing, psychology, and IT, and has explored various subjects relating to diverse aspects of how technologies are integrated into our social, professional, and private life. Hakob Hakobyan

Hakob studies Finance at the Armenian State University of Economics, while also working there as a marketing specialist. He has been practising graphic design for over 10 years and specialises in Adobe Photoshop. Hakob is one of the founders and the leader of the ‘Student Business Community’ in his region. This is a small student network where young people share their knowledge, and experience and design products and implement a variety of social projects.

Gor Muradyan

Gor is a visual artist and graphic designer and is currently working as a media manager at Restart Gyumri NGO. He adores art and considers himself a free thinker He is also greatly appreciative of the freedom and human rights of this world. In his free time, he loves to listen to music, cook, and paint. He is excited about being a part of the YEA initiative, and the opportunities it will bring.

Goharik Grigoryan

Goharik is studying at the Faculty of Marketing of the French University in Armenia and works at “Restart Gyumri Initiative Centre” as a youth worker. She is also a Regional Council member of the Local School of Democracy and is excited about the new opportunities the YEA initiative will bring.

Asya Mkrtchyan

Asya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Yerevan State University and is currently working as a product owner at “ItHire”, building her career in the IT industry, as well as being an activist and youth worker at the same time. Asya is also the Secretary-General at Loesje, where she organises projects about personal development and human rights. She has participated in more than ten international Erasmus+ projects, organised three international training courses, worked as a trainer in youth camps, and volunteered for different organisations, such as Red Cross and Armenian Caritas.

Arsen Gevorgyan

Arsen is studying Applied Mathematics and Informatics at the Armenian-Russian (Slavic) State University. He received a scholarship for high academic performance and has been a mathematics tutor for almost a year. He engages in volunteering activities and carries out social programmes, including ones aimed at solving environmental problems. Arsen is very happy that he can share EU values in his home country and hopes that this will change Armenia for the better.

Ani Babkenyan

Anahit Ghandilyan

Anahit is a young and curious pharmacist. She graduated from the M. Heratsi Yerevan State Medical University and is currently working as an expert at the Scientific Centre of Drug and Medical Technology Expertise named after academician Emil Gabrielyan. As a young researcher and a mentor for scientific research in the framework of the “Research Skills” programme at her university, Anahit considers science to be the backbone, without which the body cannot have a complete balance. She has also attended numerous conferences and events, both local and international.

Anahit holds a Bachelor degree in English, Communications and Public Relations from the American University of Armenia. She is the Vice-President of the “Uniting Bridge” non-governmental organisation and a creative content writer at LRNKEY.COM. Anahit has participated in various local and international conferences and training courses and is also part of the EU4Youth Alumni network.

Abraham Hambardzumyan

Abraham comes from Gyumri, the second-largest city of Armenia and home to many cultural spaces, unique places to stay, hip cafes and the most amusing locals. He is a highly organised individual who loves meeting new people, learning about their lives and backgrounds, and exploring new cultures. He can almost always find common ground with anyone, as he enjoys and endeavours to make people feel comfortable around him. Being a humanitarian, he would like to become a doctor and would like to continue his studies in Germany.

Peri Mikayelyan

Peri is an aspiring lawyer with professional experience in both public and private sectors, as well as extensive volunteering and youth work experience. She holds Master’s degrees in Investment Treaty Arbitration from Uppsala Universitet (Uppsala University) in Sweden, and in International Business Law from Université Jean Moulin – Lyon 3 (Université Lyon III) in France, and the French University of Armenia.
