Hakob is a passionate, motivated and skillful young man. During his undergraduate studies at the French University, he has formed the basis of perseverance towards exploring accomplishing a broad awareness in the field of marketing, psychology, and IT. He went through challenging coursework, examining various subjects relating to diverse aspects of how technologies are integrated into our social, professional, and private life.
He supposes that this is the right momentum to discover in more detail the European values and exchange with his colleagues coming from diverse cultural backgrounds. Probably, what distinguishes him from many of his peers is his early work experiences in big companies, and it was precisely there that he had a chance to develop his passion for technologies, marketing psychology, transforming it from a hobby into a profession. Also, his goals include making Armenian values recognized by the world.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a B&S Europe-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
