Nubar is a double-degree master’s graduate from Bakı Dövlət Universiteti (Baku State University) and UBIS University of Switzerland with a major in International Relations and Diplomacy and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Azərbaycan Dillər Universiteti (Azerbaijan University of Languages). She is interested in development studies and hopes to have a career in this field in the future. To pursue this goal, she is currently participating in the Graduate Certificate in Mediation & Conflict Resolution program at the University of San Diego. Nubar enjoys research and project management and has initiated various projects to impact her society. She is also willing to impact her community through the Young European Ambassadors initiative and it is one of her main aims for the near future.

It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
