Nigar is a young person, enthusiastic to make the world a better place to live, facilitate people’s lives, have a positive impact on society, and be a changemaker. She is a lifelong learner and a real multi-tasker. Nigar holds a master’s degree in Youth Work from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature Education from Baku Engineering University. Being a leader in the Forest School Azerbaijan project, Nigar has two years of experience working as an International Relations Manager’s Assistant at NAYORA, four years of experience as a Project Manager and Head of the PR department at the Student Scientific Society of BEU, as well as short- term experiences as a facilitator, trainer, and brand manager. She participated in many local and international projects, events, conferences as a participant and organizer. Also, she is interested in holistic psychology, surrealistic art, recycling, and DIY.
This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a B&S Europe-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
