Leyla has a Bachelor degree in Translation from the Azərbaycan Dillər Universiteti (Azerbaijan University of Languages). In 2014, Leyla was awarded a scholarship by the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan to study for a Master’s degree in Education at the University of Sheffield. She has four years of work experience in online media and volunteering experience at local NGOs which encompasses a wide variety of fields: seminar planning, project management, public relations. In 2020, she was selected as the PR manager of the “Common Sense” Youth Organisation and started serving two years as the head of the PR team. Besides this, she is actively involved in the implementation of youth projects to bring awareness to human rights, equality, peace education, youth education and social inclusion.
