Felicia is a Public Relations and Advertising Master’s student at Moldova State University, with a strong academic foundation in education and communication. Her work centers on strategic communication, youth engagement, and intercultural collaboration. Passionate about community development and representation, she actively participates in scientific, cultural, and environmental initiatives at the national level. As a Young European Ambassador, she is dedicated to promoting dialogue, informed participation, and meaningful cooperation between young people in Moldova and across Europe.
