Aydan is a third-year Accounting student at UNEC with a strong interest in leadership, communication, and global engagement. She has been an active member of AIESEC for nearly a year, working as an IR Call Manager, Content Creator, and Team Leader. In her role, she collaborates with exchange participants and communicates with AIESECers from various countries, contributing to impactful international projects. As a mathematics teacher, Aydan supports students in developing logical thinking and builds their confidence through clear and engaging instruction. Through her teaching, she has strengthened her communication, patience, and leadership abilities. She continues to grow both academically and professionally, combining education, teamwork, and global experience in her development journey.
