The U-LEAD with Europe programme, co-funded by the European Union, invites Ukrainian local self-government (LSG) officials responsible for healthcare to join a free online course on ‘Healthcare management in municipalities’.
The programme will take place from 14 April to 12 May 2026, twice a week (2-3 hours per session).
It is designed to support capacity development of officials and provide practical tools for local governance.

The course is open to LSG officials from municipalities with a population of up to 50,000 (1 per municipality).
The deadline for applications is 12 March.
The ‘Ukraine – Local Empowerment, Accountability and Development Programme’ (U-LEAD with Europe), is a partnership of the Ukrainian government and the European Union and its member states Germany, Denmark, France, Austria, Poland and Slovenia to support the establishment of a multi-level governance that is transparent, accountable and responsive to the needs of the population of Ukraine.
