Take part in Open Government Partnership (OGP) Global Summit in Estonia on 6-7 September – Registration is open

The 8th Open Government Partnership Global Summit will take place on 6–7 September 2023, at the Telliskivi Creative City in Tallinn, Estonia.

Representatives of the governments and non-governmental organisations of the OGP member states, as well as the open government community in general, are invited to the OGP summit. Up to 2,000 people from around the world are expected to attend the summit, including Heads of State and Government, civil society organisations, and policy-makers from around the world.

The Summit will focus on open government in the digital age, the potential of technology to make governance and policy-making more transparent and accountable, and the preservation of democracy.

Ahead of the 8th OGP Global Summit, on 5 September, government and civil society stakeholders leading OGP processes at national and local levels will gather for a bootcamp of trainings, workshops and discussions.

The registration is open until 28 May. Media accreditation will open in the second half of the summer.

The Open Government Partnership (OGP) includes 75 countries and 106 local governments – representing more than two billion people – and thousands of civil society organisations. OGP implements the EU for Integrity Programme for the Eastern Partnership, a multi-annual collaboration that aims to strengthen the support and resources available to reformers in the region to deepen reforms and promote innovative ideas in areas such as public service delivery and openness.
